Great yoga, everybody!
» Health and Safety
All guidelines are followed to ensure the health and safety of everybody in a Cool Cats Yoga class. It is essential that the registration form is completed in full as it gives necessary emergency information. Parents / carers are responsible for notifying the club immediately of any change in these details. Medical update forms and contact update forms are available. Unfortunately, children cannot participate in a class without a signed registration form, even if payment has been made.

» Accidents
Minor accidents will be dealt with and reported to the adult who collects the child. In the event of a more serious injury, appropriate action will be taken and first aid will be applied. Parents / carers / nominated contacts will be contacted immediately. Please ensure that the contact numbers held by the club are always up-to-date and available. » Behaviour
The club reserves the right to withdraw a child if behaviour is repeatedly inappropriate. This is for the safety and well-being of all the children in the class. All children will be treated with respect and sensitivity.

» Illness
If a child is ill during a class, parents / carers / nominated contacts will be telephoned. Please inform Catherine if your child is taking any medication.

» Medicines
It is the responsibility of the parent / carer to ensure that a child has all necessary medication with them in a Cool Cats Yoga class. This will only be administered by Catherine by previous agreement and with written authorisation by the parent / carer.

» Toilets
Your child must be able to use the toilet independently. If a child wets or soils during a class, the parent / carer / nominated contacts will be contacted and asked to come and help the child.

» Child Protection
Every child has the right to be protected. It is our duty to report anything we see or hear that leads us to think that a child may be neglected or suffering physical, sexual or emotional abuse. In a school setting, concerns will be passed to the Headteacher.

» Class Times
We rely on your support with prompt collection. If a child has not been collected 45 minutes after the end of a class and no telephone call has been received and there is no response from contact numbers, the club regretfully has no alternative but to contact Social Services. Children in schools with an on-site Matron will be placed in her charge.

» Payment / Bookings
Payment for the whole course is required at the time of booking. Regretfully, refunds cannot be made if a child misses a class, wants to discontinue a course or if the school has an unexpected closure. If a place becomes available during the course, it will be given to the first name on the waiting list. The cost will be pro-rata and the same conditions will apply.

Payments can be made by cheque, cash or BACS transfer. Cheques should be made payable to Cool Cats Yoga. Payment and registration forms should be handed to the school office in a sealed envelope marked for the attention of Cool Cats Yoga. Bank charges for returned cheques will be payable by parents.
